RETOUR & REMBOURSEMENT

1. Champ d’application

La présente politique définit les conditions applicables aux retours et remboursements des pelles hydrauliques, mini-pelles, machines agricoles et équipements professionnels commercialisés par CEVENNES MOTOCULTURE.

Les dispositions peuvent varier selon que la vente est réalisée :

  • À un professionnel (B2B)

  • À un particulier (B2C)

  • Sur site ou à distance


2. Droit de rétractation (ventes à distance – particuliers)

Conformément à la législation en vigueur, le client particulier dispose d’un délai de 14 jours à compter de la réception du matériel pour exercer son droit de rétractation, lorsque la vente a été conclue à distance.

Conditions :

  • La demande doit être formulée par écrit (email ou courrier).

  • Le matériel doit être retourné dans son état d’origine.

  • Il ne doit pas avoir subi d’utilisation intensive ou de modification.

Les frais de retour restent à la charge du client.

Le remboursement intervient après vérification du matériel retourné.

Exceptions :
Le droit de rétractation ne s’applique pas aux commandes spécifiques, personnalisées ou configurées à la demande.


3. Ventes entre professionnels (B2B)

Pour les ventes réalisées entre professionnels, aucun droit de rétractation ne s’applique, sauf accord écrit préalable.

Toute demande de retour est soumise à l’acceptation expresse de CEVENNES MOTOCULTURE.


4. Retour pour non-conformité ou défaut

En cas de non-conformité ou de défaut constaté à la réception :

  1. Le client doit formuler des réserves précises sur le bon de livraison.

  2. La réclamation doit être adressée dans les meilleurs délais par écrit.

  3. Des éléments justificatifs (photos, description détaillée) peuvent être demandés.

Après analyse du dossier, il pourra être proposé :

  • Une réparation

  • Un remplacement

  • Ou un remboursement partiel ou total selon le cas


5. Conditions de retour

Tout retour doit :

  • Être préalablement autorisé par écrit

  • Être effectué selon les instructions logistiques communiquées

  • Être correctement sécurisé pour le transport

Aucun retour ne sera accepté sans accord préalable.


6. Modalités de remboursement

En cas d’acceptation du retour :

  • Le remboursement est effectué par le même moyen de paiement que celui utilisé lors de la commande, sauf accord contraire.

  • Il intervient après inspection du matériel.

  • Les éventuelles dépréciations liées à une utilisation inappropriée pourront être déduites.

Les frais de transport initiaux ne sont pas remboursables sauf en cas d’erreur imputable à CEVENNES MOTOCULTURE.


7. Garantie légale

Les machines vendues bénéficient des garanties légales prévues par le droit français :

  • Garantie légale de conformité

  • Garantie contre les vices cachés

Les conditions spécifiques de garantie (notamment pour les machines d’occasion) sont précisées sur le devis ou la facture.


8. Procédure de demande

Toute demande de retour ou de remboursement doit être adressée à :

La demande doit préciser :

  • Numéro de commande

  • Référence du matériel

  • Motif détaillé

  • Coordonnées complètes


9. Limitation

CEVENNES MOTOCULTURE se réserve le droit de refuser tout retour :

  • En cas d’utilisation abusive

  • En cas de modification technique non autorisée

  • Si le matériel a subi un dommage après livraison

The big stuff. Major appliances like dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, freezers, ovens and TVs over 43″.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
